"I am not one to write reviews, but my experience at Collins pharmacy blew me away!! I have an aging mom, whose name is margarita Muniz and is 92, she has been having difficulty in the shower and needed a grab bar, I had no idea what to get, or even in what direction to go, but I must say that Fran made it so easy and with her professional knowledge, she recommended a few options and was very informative in the process. Within a day Bryan came out to do the evaluation and the installation couldn’t have been quicker, my mom is overjoyed!! Fran was truly a joy to work with!! Thank you so much!! "I have nothing but good things to say about Collins Medical Equipment. Due to extenuating circumstances concerning funding, Bryan Collins made several trips to our house to discuss our options with regard to putting a ramp at the house for my mom. He did it gladly and willingly, not even knowing whether or not he would even be awarded the contract. After Collins Medical Equipment was awarded the contract and the ramp was installed, I had a question concerning the ramp's configuration coming out of the front door. Bryan immediately came out again (on Christmas Eve!!) to meet with me and then immediately scheduled a day for the ramp to be reconfigured at my request with no hesitation whatsoever. It was apparent that he wanted us to be happy with the ramp and the workmanship, which we are!! Collins Medical Equipment also installed grab bars in my mom's shower which are so sturdy and so awesome! Not only does Collins Medical Equipment have excellent ownership, but everyone I spoke to and corresponded with at CME was courteous, attentive and quick to get back to me with a reply.
